Some people know how to train birds, others know how to trade in crypto currencies, I know how to resolve emotions and change beliefs.
I made the choice to offer my service and help others heal after more than a decade of exploring options and experiencing the effects of a healing journey on myself.
I had low self-esteem, very weak boundaries and a deep sense of shame. Most of all, I felt stuck and powerless to my circumstances and overwhelming pain.
However, when my psychotherapist told me it would take a decade for me to heal I knew she was wrong, I knew there must be an easier way out, and one year later I found it.
I chose to study and practice the two healing methods that have helped me the most to gain enormous and fast change as well as long term results. These methods are RTT hypnotherapy and Metaphysical Anatomy™ technique, especially the combination of both for specific needs.
Today I use my skills and experience to help others heal and live a better life. Early in my healing process, I had moments where I felt very alone and isolated. I wished I knew another person who had already made it to the other side, who could show me that it IS possible to move through this and heal. I Want to be that person for you.
On a less personal note…
I am a certified hypnotherapist and energy healing practitioner. I’m passionate about nature, psychology and energy, especially about the metaphysical realm.
I’m a rock climber and a tango dancer. I love art and design, I also designed this website.
I’m Slavic, I grew up in a beautiful Alpine valley in Slovenia, next to Italian and Austrian borders, famous for outdoor sports and crystal clear emerald rivers.
I have a Hungarian last name, Jakoš, and a Slavic first name Jana, pronounced as ‘Yana’. My grandmother was a sweet German governess, my other grandmother was a tough Slovenian communist activist, a funny mix of influences.
At Uni I studied Spanish language with literature, and Journalism, although I knew I was supposed to follow a different purpose. However, at the time there was no such program available as Spiritual psychology or Energy healing, at least not in my country.
Today I live in London, I hold a Slovenian Passport but I don’t feel assigned to any nationality. The concept of nationality was invented in 19. century any way. I’m European.
I travel a lot, my favourite parts of the world are Latin America and Mediterranean coasts and islands, it’s where I get inspired to grow and change, and especially to enjoy life.
I believe most of the suffering in this world is completely unnecessary, so I love problem-solving. It gives me joy to see myself and others overcome our limitations of the past and to embrace pure possibility and change. So that is my gift to you and my purpose in life.
