Terms of Service

Client-Practitioner Agreement

As a therapist and healing practitioner, I use my skills and experience to enable the best possible results for my clients. My role is to guide and support you in accessing and clearing suppressed emotions and stagnant energies.

Everything you trust me with is strictly confidential. As a Client, I need you to be honest with me. If I ask you about trauma in your life, it’s because I need you to acknowledge it. Sometimes it’s so personal or embarrassing that you prefer not to tell me, and that’s ok, but we still need to recognise that there is something there. If you deny or hide it, I’m not able to help you.

My responsibility is to help create conditions for your awareness and emotional release during a session. This responsibility ends at the end of the session when responsibility for making life changes is entirely yours.

Healing is ultimately the client’s commitment and responsibility. Research shows that your commitment is the best indicator of your successful outcome. Also, the actual healing result (the physical change or change in life habits) comes when you choose it.

Progress and change

A healing session will open new perspectives – which one you adopt is up to you. You have complete autonomy at every step of the process.

Most clients feel an instant emotional and physical change during their first session. These changes vary from person to person, so some people will require 2 or 3 sessions to get the same effect, especially if this is their first energy healing or therapy session. After receiving a few sessions, changes become easier and faster.

Our physical bodies need time to process energy shifts. So in the very unlikely event that you don’t feel significant relief after a session, please share this with me to address it together.

Disclaimer

All services are subject to availability, offered for purposes of guidance and assistance only.

My services are not intended or recommended as a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal or any other similar type of professional assistance. You are encouraged to seek professional medical advice if you suffer from an illness.

I also do not offer emergency support as I cannot guarantee my availability. If you are suffering, or are in danger in any way, or fear harming yourself or another, please get in touch with a loved one or local emergency services. I will, however, reply to email communication between sessions within reason.

I cannot answer questions that relate to your life outside of a consultation or a session, apart from a general service inquiry.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must be represented and accompanied by an adult.

Payments and cancellations

I require payments in advance for telephone, Zoom and Skype sessions. Therefore, an online session appointment is confirmed and secured only after I receive your payment.

Payments for all services are non-refundable.

You can reschedule any consultation or session 24 hours before the scheduled time.

If you can not attend or reschedule a session, you can always offer it to someone else who can and notify me any time before the scheduled time.

If a client is late, time may be deducted, as I have a schedule and other clients to consider. Refunds will therefore not be made.

Online sessions

Occasionally video or phone sessions are disrupted due to weak Internet connection or telephone signal. If this occurs during your session, we will always reschedule it.

If you have any questions or comments regarding these Terms of Service, please email me, or book a free consultation.
